2 thoughts.
1. You have to restart tomcat to see changes occur
2. Mine is in the package directory (i.e. ./classes/net.amadeus....), I'm
not sure whether this is necessary or not.

Hm... That doesn't appear to work for me.
Lets see if I'm missing something... Lets recap:
My Module has a NavText property of:
com_mymodule_www_psadmin.icon.navtext
I created a workplace.properties file in my module's classes directory with
the following contents:
com_mymodule_www_psadmin.icon.navtext=MyModule User Admin
What happens to my language file? Should I dump it?
