[opencms-dev] How to run OpenCMS stuff outside OpenCMS

I'd like to debug the HTML Importer--it does some interesting stuff I 
need to modify.  Running it through a browser through Tomcat isn't a 
great way to develop.  There must be a way to run this stuff outside Tomcat.

There's probably a webpage already out there.  Know which one?
