xCal support is in work not finished yet (too unstable) But when it`s
finished you get this surely without new costs for it.

this will be possible but in my case not very useful, please give me an

You have to create a Group CalendarAdmin if you want to use the module in
this way. Each CMSUser which is in this group can then add new Dates into
the calendar via Backoffice

This isn`t planned yet. It`s planned that you can configure people to make
own entries in their own calendar. Another thing which will help you is a
RequestForEntry Button which comes via the Task mechanism from Opencms to
all Users in Group CalendarAdmin.
The OnlineDemo surely is available this Week for the Calendar and the
CalendarEntryView. We`re working on a Opencms Installation where you can
get a backoffice access for playing around a bit in the backoffice but
this isn`t so easy for security reasons :-)
