[opencms-dev] Location of code that generates error template

Hi. I'm looking at changing the CSS and the layout of the error screen - the one that has the default message: "A system error occurred. Have a look at the details, or contact your system administrator".
However, I can't seem to find the file that generates it. I originally thought it was "errorTemplate", but when I view the source on the page, it contains a lot of content that does not appear in the "errorTemplate". For example, the resulting code contains a call to a JavaScript method "switchInfo()". But doing a search on all JAVA, PROPERTY, templates and HTML files doesn't seem to find it.
Can someone please point me in the right direction (i.e. tell me which files are used to generate the error screen)?
Thanks in advance,
- Dylan
