[opencms-dev] News Module with Content Syndication functionality based on RSS!

In the http://www.opencms.org/opencms/en/download/sandbox.html I see
that there is an avaiable module named:
"News Module with Content Syndication functionality based on RSS". But
the author said that the module based on "news module". Where can i get
"news module"?
