If these files have broken links the publishing disregards these files.
try publishing your galleries and the system/bodies first. then try to
publish the pages. I had the same problem, but it worked if I published
the galleries and the body first.(direct publish). I am not sure it this
is the best way. but it works

Help!  I've recently just tried to publish a site and the result that I
am getting is that while the folder structure is being created, most of
the files that need to go in those folders aren't being exported over.
Is there some type of property that I need to set in order to this to
work, and if so where?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
