Hello,

Does anybody have some experience in using ExtendImport tool in the
Administration view that is installed by importing module HYPERLINK
"http://www.opencms.org/export/download/opencms/org.opencms.modules.html
import_1.3.zip"/export/download/opencms/org.opencms.modules.htmlimport_1
.3.zip (23 kB) from Alkacon Software?

I have a question concerning the possibility to import static website
pages that make use of frames. I used ExtendImport to import an existing
website of mine: everything works fine but pages using frames are
displayed as blank pages in the browser. Any hint on the subject?

Regards

Hello Domenico,

sorry, but i never used this module. The need to restart tomcat just
concerns all modules that extend the workplace and/or add libraries.

Regards,
Stephan

Subject: Frame based pages are importable with htmlimport_1.3 ?

Hello,

I have a question concerning the possibility to import by means of
htmlimport_1.3 static website pages based on frames. Right today I was
able to correctly install this very useful tool after a good suggestion
from <HYPERLINK
"mailto:hartmann at waehrisch-feykes.de"hartmann at waehrisch-feykes.de> and
used it to import an existing website of mine: everything works fine but
pages using frames are displayed as blank in the browser. Furthermore if
I try to edit (with the WYSIWYG editor) any of these imported page using
frames the page is again blank and the preview result in an Error
Message.

Any hint on the subject?

Regards
