[opencms-dev] 13 months instead of 12

Hi,
 
I am trying to localize opencms to Ethiopian language and customs. Transalting the workplace is over. But I can not display dates, times and so on according to the local custom. In Ethiopia, there are 13 months instead of 12. 
 
please give me any clue how to make opencms work with other cultures like Ethiopian?
