Fehlermeldung: 

com.opencms.core.CmsException: 1 Access denied. Detailed error:
[CmsXmlTemplateEditor] Insufficient rights for editing the file
/system/bodies/release/installation.html. 

any clue?

I can lock files but get this error when I try to edit. I have tried
Oracle (same error) and now MySql on localhost and granted all
privileges to the opencmsuser, as a step to move on I might add.
