[opencms-dev] [opencms 5.0.1] utf8

New user of opencms, I try using utf-8   in a project and I have problems :

I try ... to add <%@ page pageEncoding="UTF-8" %> ... in a jsp template ...
the code is correctly edited ... but the render does not work, accents 
arre replaced with '?' !


Other point :

when I make a module for my template,
I must do the directories in Offline project and after make a copy to my 
project.

But it is not a copy, it is the same file ? ...
