... what's about all the files and subfolders of this folder? Have You set
the checkmark for "Modify all subfolders / files"?
... "v" means visible

Unfortunately the permissions for the folder have already been set to that as
well :-(  This is driving me batty hahaha  Also, what are the differences
between "r" and "v".  I'm assuming that they stand for read and view, and if
so how are they not the same?

Hi Rufus,

 

oh, sorry, I think the problem is the following: "Guests has no read access".

You have to change the permissions for the folder for "Others" (Guests) to
"r-v"
