Somehow the system is considering you as a guest user when you try to
publish, that's why it says that about guests. I hope this hint helps
someone to solve your problem (I'm sorry but I can't think of a solution
right now).

"View" permission allows user logged in the workplace to "see" that the
content is there, while "read" allows users of the group to read the
