[opencms-dev] Error: Access Denied

Hi,

If I want to create a new Project in OpenCMS (Version 5.0.1) I always have
the following error message:

Sorry, the new project could not be created. 

Reason:
The entered project data is invalid.
Please check the entered data or contact your system administrator. 


In the LogfileViewer I discovered following Mmssage:

May somebody gets any help? It is very urgent, because this is my final apprenticeship
