[opencms-dev] Setup wizard issue

Hi list,

I get this error in the setup wizard :

Error The OpenCms setup wizard has not been started correctly!
Please click here to restart the wizard.  

In version 5.3.5, most of the time its was hapening after step_5. 
Usually, restarting the wizard was fixing the problem...
But now, with version 5.3.6, no matter if i restart the wizard or not,
its hanging on step_2...

Any idea?
