[opencms-dev] OpenCMS Frustrations

Hello,

What error you get on the Win2K box?
On Debian there is a security manager set up for java and it doesn't 
allow reading system properties
(OpenCms tries to read the file.encoding  java system property).
My bet that this is a hosting environment?
