[opencms-dev] Issue about project manager

Hi Jessie,
 
The checkbox that allows users to be defined as Projectmanager and Projectuser when created simply allow you to assign them as that in the proper dropdown list when creating a project (but that gives relative permissions for that specific project only.) You need to be a user of the Projectmanager group (or create a new one whose parent is Projectmanager, or be an Administrator) to be able to manage projects.

But why the user belong to project_manager2 still cannot have the right of project manager? for example, he cannot create a new project. Seems that user must have the role of Opencms pre-defined Projectmanager in order to really become a project manager. The option of "define this group as" seems to be useless...
