[opencms-dev] LDAP support in 6.0?

Hello Erik,

We used the LDAP module from the java open source code of Hipergate
(www.higergate.org) for our OpenCMS 5.01 clients. It took us about 80 hours
to complete. It wouldn't be hard to do it for the next version of OpenCMS.

Thanks Rene!

Any chance you or someone else could tell me:

- how much the LDAP module would cost to license?
- could we modify the source code to make it work with our LDAP if we
licence it?
- if there are any legal issues involved in modifying the source code?

I appreciate your help!

Cheers,
Erik
