[opencms-dev] Urgent URL forwarding

Oliver,

I don't quite understand what you are trying to achieve, but . wouldn't
a simple html redirection be enough? Most likely you would have to edit
the apache conf instead of the web.xml (like creating a virtual host or
something of the sort) . if you could provide us with some more info .

Hi, 
I know this has been asked before but I don't really know how to set the
rules in the web.xml file 
Basically I need to automatically forward the user in tomcat / opencms
from  <file:///\\www.mysite.com> www.mysite.com to
<file:///\\www.mysite.com\myfolder> www.mysite.com/myfolder 
Can I have some examples for the web.xml?
