[opencms-dev] OpenCms going live..

So, what's the best procedure when setting OpenCms in a "live" environment,
ie. making the site public. It will reside on the same server, however the
ip number will change.

I suppose the best thing is to disable the setup folder. Is the best way to
simply delete it or are the better ways?

Any other suggestions/considerations? Disabling the error page, etc..?
