[opencms-dev] touch error in Alpha 1

Hi

Maybe an other little bug but i am not sure. When i am logged in as a non administrator (projectmanager) I can choose to "touch" a
whole directory but when there is a .jsp file in this directory i don't have (logically) any permissions to it. When touching this
file it leads into an error message without the abblity to cancel the operation. when selecting the close button it keeps coming
back with the error message
