[opencms-dev] Probs with template-footline.txt of org.opencms.templates

Hi all,

I am something confused.
I created a test project. The Templates of OpenCMS Demo uses this project.
If I change the text in the template-footline.txt, the change does always
not become
publish. Why?

I tested already different things.
Put out element cache and then published and vice versa.
Can explain me somebody step for step what I must take in part
being published the changes directly.

What do I make wrong?
