[opencms-dev] Adding templates in 6.0 alpha

The mechanism has changed. In summary, the "XmlTemplate" that was still
required in 5.0 has been removed, so you can now create your pages fully
from JSP. 

The best thing to do is to have a look at the welcome/release notes template
that ships with the a1. It's still very similar to 5.0, just without the
"XmlTemplate".
