[opencms-dev] manage old web sites ???? ......

Hi Opencms-Dev-Team
I am a web developer, and I am trying to evaluate OpenCms for development of a new web sites, and also management for old one.
I have install the software OPENCMS ( ver 5.0.1) in my PC Windows 2000 Advanced Server with Tomcat 5.0.29,Java 2 SDK Standard Edition 1.4.2_06 and MySql 4.0.21, but I do not understand some important thinks:
1) I want to modify my old website, how can I import the old files in opencms?? What is the exact procedure ( from creation of new project in open cms , etcc..)??
Naturaly my old websites "mysites1.com" is on the same server where is installes opencms, and the files directory are like these:
c:\sites\
             \mysites1.com
                 \images
                  index.htm
                  contact.html
                 ...
             \mysites2.com etc...

2) can i manage more than 1 sites at the same time?? This is important for me, because i must manage at the same time more than one sites. Can opencms help me in this?
