[opencms-dev] locale mechanism not working anymore in alpha 1

Hi all,
Different locales for a website were working in v 5.3.5. After
exporting, and importing into a fresh install of alpha 1, they don't
work anymore. Has this been solved in apha 2? or the mechanism has
changed and we should change our config?
