[opencms-dev] XML error when viewing demo pages

Is anyone seeing 
'Unable to unmarshal XML content definition schema'
when viewing demo pages?

For example, in the explorer, I click the demopages/colordemo/index.html
If I click any of the 'XML content Demo' links I can get this error.
Any ideas on what could be causing it and how I can fix it?

System info:
OpenCMS 6.0-a2
Java 1.4.2
Resin 3.0.8
Mysql 3.23.58
