[opencms-dev] scheduled backup?

Can exportResources export the db as well as modules? 
In the Workplace UI they are separate sections (Db Management and Module
Management).

I use the cmsshell interface with "exportResources" from an Ant task. If I
was to run within the OpenCMS application I would use a JSP page to execute
Ant.
