[opencms-dev] Changing 'explorer_files_new_page'

Dear Eric,
 
As you can find files in database, you just need to change this file in /system/workplace/template in explorer view of workplace. In some cases, you need to publish this file again. So you don't need to copy this changed file in opencms.war unless you want to install opencms again by applying changes.
