Andy,
 
the problem only arises, if you try to import an export containing user
data. So, with your version you can only re-import exports made with
"include group and userdata" switched off.
 
This problem is already fixed in the CVS head - with the current version you
are able to export and import the content, again.

When I import a site that I just exported (using the Administration>Database
Export), I am getting: 
NumberFormatException: For input string: "2M" 

This is very bad as it indicates that I cannot propogate a site from one
server to another. What information can I provide to help identify and fix
the problem?

This is in OpenCms 6a2 with Tomcat5.0/MySQL4.1
