[opencms-dev] information

The module at http://www.synyx.de/opencms/export/synyx/public_html/Leistungen/publikationen.html
doesn't create a user with password and username.
And 

the link  http://www.msk-informatik.at for the down load is not 
readable for enghish people.
where is the direct download link?
