[opencms-dev] ??? Send plaintext password to webuser ???

How can I send a FORGOTTEN PASSWORD to an existing web user?
 
The only thing I can think of is to send the password to another database
when the user subscribes to my web site, before it is encrypted and put into
the opencms database!
???
