[opencms-dev] How to create a new and my own HTML template

Hi all,
 
 Can any one tell me how to create my own HTML template
 
 I mean to say may be I want to make one Template for HTML pages probably
containing the css stuff like that.
 
or tell me where can we get any info on this.
