[opencms-dev] JasperException & Encoding

set CATALINA_OPTS to -Dfile.encoding=ISO-8859-1as your systemvariable
and start tomcat 4.1 with this encoding.
and probably download opencms.jar from codedroids
http://www.codedroids.com/community/opencms, then you can install it on
TomC@ 5 too.

I have OpenCms 5 , and at first I tried to use it with Tomcat 5 but I've
changed the tomcat 5 with 4.1
and know I have tomcat 4.1 and OpenCms 5 installed on my windows XP,
 
any suggestion?
