[opencms-dev] Installing OpenCMS 5 in Oracle 9iAS - Character set iso-8859-1

Hi All,

  does anyone know how to change the character set to iso-8859-1 in Oracle Application Server 9i????

  I'm trying to install OpenCMS 5.01 in the Oracle Application Server and I'm receiving the following message

>> OpenCms startup failure: System file.encoding 'Cp1252' not equal to OpenCms encoding 'ISO-8859-1'

  With Tomcat this problem were solved adding a parameter in the registry to change System.file.encoding, but I can find where to change this in a instance of the Oracle App Server.
