[opencms-dev] Module for translation workplace OC 6.0

Hello all
I created new module for translation workplace OpenCms 6.0 alpha 3. I
created like Opencms 5.0. The file  workplace_XX.properties is in
WEB-INF/classes/com/opencms/workplace/, directory
/system/workplace/locales/xx is created .

But it not work! I can select language in properties but it has not
effect!

I am attach manifest file of my module.
