why the guest can't access to resources through url.the guest's permission is +r+v. for example.i can access the file through http://localhost:8080/opencms/opencms/myweb/index.html after logon in workplace. but i cann't access it through http://192.168.1.1:8080/opencms/opencms/myweb/index.html.
