Hi Paul Bain,

I do understand that you are upset about your wasted time. But please do
take into consideration, that a mailing list might not be the perfect
medium to enforce the guidlines you are asking for (which make perfect
sense, btw). Has there ever been a consideration to use an issue tracker
(such as JIRA) for the OpenCMS project instead of the mailing list?
