[opencms-dev] wizard tag in Alpha 63

Hello,
 
 
When a user is identified and have the Direct Publish right, he has the
possibility to modify, change and sometimes the wizard icon to create new
content on the flight..
For example, in the xmlcontent directory is show, not in the
xmlmodules/news.
 
What is the tag or the piece of code to have this icon in a page?
