[opencms-dev] Postgres set fails: Database "postgres" does notexist

As soon as you use a database name with a non alphanumeric character in 
it (I tried both "." and "-") the install will fail.

This is due to a bug with opencms's database create query, which does 
not put the database number in inverted commas (").

The are a number of databases on the machine in question, it is 
important for me to be able to distinguish between databases by using 
names more descriptive than derivatives of "opencms".
