[opencms-dev] utf-8 OpenCms 6a3

Hello,

I have a weird problem: I have pages encoded using utf-8. They display
properly on the online project. They display properly in the WYSIWYG editor,
and in the source code if I do a view source on the browser.

They do NOT display properly on the offline version. What am I missing?
