[opencms-dev] Publish problem

We are experiencing some problems publishing dynamic pages
with the news and newsletter modules.
 The problem is that the message contained in the content box of
 the administration mask it is not visualised in the online project.
Instead it is possible to see this content in the offline project.

Regardining the newsletter module the user data submitted in the
registration
form are not written in the database.

Has anyone experienced these problems and could help us.
