[opencms-dev] File upload error

I have downloaded Beta 2 and am running it on window XP with MySql 4.0.13.
Uploading files using java does not work, no errors are displayed but
the file does not appear. I have tried deselecting the "Use
Upload-Applet" as suggested in another posting, but then I get the
following exception:

Is there a config setting I missed?
