[opencms-dev] SQL-Error while publishing

Hello,

I got the same problem. My log writes this

[21.04.2005 18:09:48] <opencms_critical> 
[com.opencms.file.CmsObject.publishProject()/1] Project:147 Time:Thu Apr

[com.opencms.file.CmsObject.publishProject()/1] User: [User]:Admin , 
Id=2 , flags=0 , type=0 :the admin-user
[21.04.2005 18:09:48] <opencms_critical> 
[com.opencms.file.CmsObject.publishProject()/1] Exception: 
com.opencms.core.CmsException: 4 Sql exception. Detailed error: 
[com.opencms.file.mySql.CmsDbAccess] Can not issue data manipulation 
statements with executeQuery().
root cause was java.sql.SQLException: Can not issue data manipulation 
statements with executeQuery()

I use OpenCms 5.01 with Tomcat and MySQL . Has anybody found a solution ?
