[opencms-dev] [6b2] can not find CSS file

     I just figured this one out.

     When I entered the URL directly, I did not include the  
parameters.  Once I did this, I saw it produce an error because of a  
type in the file.  Why would I get the same stack-trace from  
accessing index.html which referenced the css file?
