the problem is your config: 

>    <indexDir>/opt/luceneindex</indexDir>

>    <!-- <indexDir>F:\luceneindex\</indexDir> -->

/opt/luceneindex is a NOT a windows-path, but for *nix-systems. 
C:\luceneindex\ or similar is for windows.
