[opencms-dev] newbie question - about modules

I configured OpenCMS on a server, created two sites in it - this worked 
fine. The problem is that one of the sites includes JForum, which I want 
to integrate with OpenCMS as a module. Now, when I try to upload JForum 
as a module, I get this error:

An error occurred. *java.lang.NullPointerException*

What did I do wrong?
