[opencms-dev] Setting the workplace size?

     Where is this parameter stored?  I poked around some in the  
system area, and can not find it.  I'd like to change the default  
startup size from what the idiot who created the default wanted it to  
be.  I'd also like to change the startup size of pages being previewed.
