[opencms-dev] browser caching problems.

To cut a long story short:

  - Cache problem accessing Tomcat directly
    e. g. http://host:8080/

  - _NO_ cache problem accessing Tomcat via mod_jk
    e. g. http://host/


Don't know and care much why.
