[opencms-dev] template one beta 3: either display the "accessible" or "classical"

Hans,

in /_configuration/configuration_common 
<javascript:top.openwinfull('/_configuration/configuration_common');>  
you can change the Layout Version. "Accessible" makes httml without 
tables accept headnavigation if you use images there.
