[opencms-dev] How to config the date format

Hollo,

When I translate the workplace to chinese ,I find the date format isn't right,in the explorer view ,it display as 



I want the format like yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm(2004-08-27 11:42)

How to config the OpenCms to meet my need?
