[opencms-dev] 6.0b3 Installation error message.

I was following the instructions carefully because I've not used a
jakarta based app before on my server.  (SuSE 9.3, Apache 2.0.53,
Mysql 4.1.10a, apache tomcat 5.0)  The opencms.war file deployed, - I
went to URL http://192.168.1.2:8080/opencms/setup/

and I got the following -

Folks, I can just about figure that something is missing.  What it is,
where to get it, etc.  I'm clueless...
